Here are answers to some of the questions you might have. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at shop@sonomasampler.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also reach us at 1-707-837-1928. Orders will start shipping on December 7th and must be placed no later than December 15th to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, as a result of Covid-19 we are unable to accept returns. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, however, Sonoma Sampler will replace your item, or provide a full refund (at our discretion). Please contact us shop@sonomasampler.com with any issues that need our attention. While rare, occasionally a product we carry might not be your cup of tea. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on not liking the taste, texture or flavor.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the products are damaged or if you received an incorrect item. We carefully hand-pack all of our products to arrive safely and in perfect shape, however things happen in shipment. Jars might break. Should this happen, let us know immediately by giving us a call at (707) 837-1928 or sending us an email at shop@sonomasampler.com. If you’re able to, we always appreciate receiving photographs so we can take it up with our shipping team, if need be. We will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or returned packages. If the status of the item shows that it was delivered by the USPS, we will understand that our obligation is fully met. 


Product Availability

To ensure product availability and delivery in time for holiday gift giving, please place your orders early. We are working with local businesses and artisans and some of the products have limited availability. We reserve the right to provide a product change of similar quality, value and type if necessary, and by the same maker whenever possible.


Shipping Policies

Typical processing time is between 1 to 3 days after your order has been placed. Purchases are sent via USPS priority shipping, typically 1 to 3 days shipping. Please be aware that if your order is placed on or near a holiday additional time for processing may be needed.  Actual delivery date may vary depending on the postal system and if they are experiencing delays due to various unknown reasons. 

We only ship to the United States, international shipping is not offered at this time.


Locals Pick Up & Delivery

If you are local to Sonoma County you can eliminate the shipping charges and easily arrange a pick-up of your boxes. If your order is over $300 we are happy to deliver directly to any location along the Hwy 101 corridor in Sonoma County. We currently have pick-up locations in Windsor and Healdsburg available by appointment.


Order Cancellations

Any cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase via written email to shop@sonomasampler.com. We will do our absolute best to fulfill requests for changes, but there are no guarantees. 

Do You Offer Customized Boxes?

Yes, please contact us directly.  You can create a custom box by mixing and matching any items offered. You might want to consider adding a gift card to local restaurants and businesses for an extra handling charge.  We’ll do our best to help you design the perfect gift.


Does Sonoma Sampler Collect or Store My Credit Card Information?

No. Sonoma Sampler has a third party credit card processing company that collects the credit card information that is entered at www.sonomasampler.com.


Is My Mailing List Date Safe to Provide?

Yes, Sonoma Sampler follows the privacy requirements of the Privacy Act which protects your personal information that we maintain in what is called a system of records. The Privacy Act provides comprehensive protections for your personal information. This includes how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and discarded.
